What is my account number?

Your member account number can be located within Online Banking or Mobile Banking

If you have misplaced or forgotten your account number, please contact us at 1-800-276-5775 or stop in at any of our branches to obtain your full account number. For security purposes, we will not include any account numbers via email.

Can I open a savings or checking account online?

Absolutely! Opening an account online is easy. Visit our Checking Accounts page or Savings Account pages for specific account details and open an account today!

How can I pay my loan online?

We offer two options for you to make a loan payment online:

Pay From Your Firelands Accounts Pay From Another Financial Institution
  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Click on the Transfers tab.
  3. From this area, you will be able to select your loan from the “To this Account” and select a “From this Account” to choose which Firelands account you will pay from.
  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Click on the Transfers tab and select Make a Payment. This will launch our 3rd party payment site.
  3. Input your loan’s account information, review, and confirm it.
  4. Select your funding source.
  5. Choose whether to make a one-time or recurring payment with the source.
  6. Enter funding source information and verify its accuracy.

How do I make a mobile deposit?

We know how busy life can get. Use Mobile Deposit to take a picture of a check for deposit to your Firelands FCU account. You can save valuable time and avoid an extra trip to a branch.

Deposit checks from anywhere at anytime

Sign in to your Firelands FCU Mobile Banking app where you’ll be able to deposit a check:

  1. Hit the Plus + sign to open additional menu options.
  2. Choose Remote Deposit and follow the prompts.
  3. Take a picture of both sides of your check.
  4. Enter the amount of the check.
  5. Submit the check for processing.

Please Note: Any checks deposited through mobile deposit are subject to the same Funds Availability Policy as checks deposited at one of our Branches.

How do I check my account balance in Online Banking?

The simplest way to check your account balance is through Online Banking or Firelands FCU Mobile Banking app. Your balances can be found on the “Dashboard”.

How do I make a loan payment in Mobile Banking?

We offer our members the following method to make a loan payment in Mobile Banking:

Pay From Your Firelands Accounts
  1. Log in to the Mobile App.
  2. Tap on the Plus + icon and select Transfer Money.
  3. Select the account you want to transfer from.
  4. Select the account you want to transfer to.
  5. Type the amount you wish to transfer.
  6. Click Continue
  7. Choose when you would like the transfer to take place.
  8. Review the transfer details to ensure it is correct.
  9. Click Confirm once you are finished.
