Fireline (online banking)

 

Anytime, Anywhere Access

Firelands Federal Credit Union is open 24-hours a day, 7-days a week through our online banking access called Fireline. Through Fireline, you have secure Internet access to your accounts around the clock. With Fireline you can:
  • Obtain up-to-the minute balances on your savings, loan,
    and certificate accounts.
  • Obtain transaction histories on those accounts.
  • Obtain cleared check information.
  • Obtain deposit and withdrawal information, including direct deposit,
    payroll deduction, ATM and debit card transactions.
  • Transfer from one account to another.
  • Make loan payments.
  • Request a withdrawal check.
  • View and print statements.
  • Obtain information on dividends earned and interest paid year-to-date.
  • Order check copies.
  • Apply for a consumer loan.

You must have a personal computer and subscribe to the internet in order to use Fireline. Firelands Federal Credit Union does not charge a fee to use Fireline. Privacy, security and safety have been incorporated into our online banking product to insure your personal account information is kept confidential.
 

How To Get Started

All Firelands Federal Credit Union members are eligible for online banking with Fireline. Members under age 18 must have a Parental Guarantee of a Minor form signed by a parent or guardian. Stop by any office to complete and sign a Fireline application. Then, we will initiate Fireline on your primary account and assign you an initial Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access Fireline.

Fireline Enrollment Instructions
  1. Navigate to www.firelandsfcu.org and click on “CLICK HERE TO ENROLL”.
  2. Type in your member number.
  3. Using your mouse, click your initial assigned password on the
    on-screen keyboard.
  4. Enter the security code displayed in the gray box in the box below.
  5. Click “SUBMIT”.
  6. Answer all five questions and write your answers down.
          A. Use the drop down menu to see the default questions OR
          B. Enter your own questions in the box provided.
  7. Assign a “Security Image”.
    Note: This image will be displayed on the password screen letting you know that you are logged on Fireline’s legitimate site. This is not your password.
  8. Click “SUBMIT”.
    Note: You will be prompted to change your password on the next screen.  

After Enrolling

  1. Navigate to www.firelandsfcu.org and type in your member number
    and the security code displayed.
  2. Click on “SIGN-ON”.
  3. Answer the question and click “SUBMIT”.
  4. Using your mouse, click your password on the on-screen keyboard.
  5. Check that your “Security Image” is correct.
    Note: If it is not correct or not present, DO NOT continue.
  6. Click “SUBMIT”.

Using Fireline

Upon signing on successfully, the following buttons will appear at the top of your screen to access your choice of Fireline services:

ACCOUNTS - View information about your current accounts.
DIRECT DEPOSIT - View information about direct deposits to your accounts.
TRANSFER - Transfer funds between your accounts or your account and a
different member's account and make loan payments.
CHECK WITHDRAWAL - Withdraw funds and have the check mailed to you.
E-MAIL ALERTS - Configure E-Mail notifications based on account activity
and/or for personal reminders.
PAY BILLS - Pay your bills online through Bill Pay.
STATEMENT - Print account statements from a choice of statement periods.
MORE FEATURES - View tax information, stop payment on a check, change
your password, or view your information.
SIGN OFF - Exit Fireline.
