E-Statements

Firelands Federal Credit Union gives members the option to receive their periodic statements as a paper copy or electronically through their personal email account. By signing up for E-Statements, your periodic statements, including any change in term notices, disclosure, Annual Percentage Yield, fees and other applicable terms of our deposit accounts, will be sent to you electronically. Each month you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your statement has been posted.

Please Note: Once you have signed up for E-Statements, you will only receive your December statement through the mail. All other statements will be sent through email.

To receive this information electronically, you will need: a minimum web browser version of Netscape 4.0, Internet Explorer 4.01 or newer. In order to keep copies for your records, you should have access to a printer or the ability to download information. Information about your account will be available at our website for 90 days. After that, the information will be available upon request by contacting us.
